The Primary site Data Center is equipped with high-end IT infrastructure to provide efficient processing while maintaining zero downtimes. The Data Center is situated in the LankaClear Head Office, Level 18, Bank of Ceylon Head Office, "BOC Square", No.1, Bank of Ceylon Mawatha, Colombo 01, Sri Lanka.

The Disaster Recovery site (DRS) is a fully fledged site capable of operating and providing the same efficiency levels as the Primary site for a prolonged period. The Disaster Recovery site is guided by the organization's Business Continuity Plan (BCP). Primary site and Disaster Recovery site data is synchronized on a daily basis.

The Disaster Recovery site, situated within a 16km radius from the Primary site, is secured with Biometric security. The IT infrastructure at the DRS is identical to the Primary site.

All time readiness of the site is assured by performing in-house audits, live drills and audits carried out by the Central Bank from time to time.
