In the Rupee Draft Clearing System, cheques and drafts of foreign banks drawn on their 'nostro' accounts with Commercial Banks in Sri Lanka and in favour of customers of Commercial Banks in Sri Lanka are cleared by LankaClear. The net clearing balances of this system are settled at the RTGS.
