Cheque Return Notification (CRN) Sorting & Printing
LankaClear has introduced the following value added services to Banks. Introduction of this value added service to CITS participants will expedite the process of Bank wise sorting and customizing the CRNs by printing the presenting bank customer details, Bank logo and delivering CRNs to Banks doorstep.
Bank Branch wise Sorting of CRNs - CITS Participating Banks will get the CRNs Sorted Bank Branch wise and in a separate envelops (with no additional charge). Banks will have to collect the CRNs from
LankaClear head office.
Printing of Presenting Bank Logo & Name - On request LCPL will print the Bank logo & Name on the CRN. The bank will have the option of having it in color or black & white.
Printing of Presenting Bank's Customer Information - Based on the Customer Information sent to LankaClear prior to a specified cutoff time, LankaClear will print the details on the top left hand corner of the CRN.
Dedicated Staff - CITS Participants can contact the LCPL Help Desk for any queries relating to CRNs from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
